Why this journal exists

Every route-planning app I've used is good at main roads and bad at everything else. The tracks that actually make a multi-day trip interesting, the ones that cut through a forest instead of around it, either aren't in the data at all or are marked wrong.

So this is just a running list of what I find, written down after the fact so the next trip doesn't repeat the same mistakes. No ratings, no gear reviews, just what a given stretch of road or track was actually like on the day it was ridden.
