The river crossing that isn't on the map

About four kilometres past the old mill, the track meets the river and every map simply shows the road continuing on the far bank as if nothing is there. There used to be a footbridge. There isn't one now.

At low water it's a short wade, ankle to knee depending on the season, firm gravel bottom, nothing technical. After heavy rain skip it entirely and take the longer loop back to the main crossing instead, the current picks up more than it looks like from the bank.
